My visit was significantly impacted by what appeared to be a severe lack of staffing. There was only one individual attempting to manage all the roles, from taking orders and cooking the food to serving every customer. Consequently, a number of items listed on the menu were not actually available. Despite these operational hurdles, the sole employee on duty was exceptionally good and clearly doing her absolute best to handle everything.

I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast this morning, which included perfectly prepared eggs, bacon, toast, and hash browns – it was all very good. Owners Rachel and Travis clearly prioritize fresh preparation, as every dish is made to order. The convenience of not needing to leave Ocean Landings was a definite bonus. Their Bloody Marys are also a highlight, truly delicious and generously garnished with shrimp, celery, and olives. With plenty of screens available, it's an ideal spot for catching football games, and I appreciate that it offers wheelchair accessibility. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

As someone with a background in hospitality training, I was genuinely struck by Sad's exceptional ability to foresee guest needs, effortlessly manage multiple tables, and maintain a graceful composure even during peak hours. Her rare combination of professionalism and genuine warmth truly stands out; she's engaging without ever being overbearing, and attentive without hovering. Sad goes beyond simply serving drinks; she masterfully cultivates an atmosphere of comfort. She is, without question, a tremendous asset to Ocean Landings.
